Ingredients Hot Chicken Recipe:
- ½ kg Boneless chicken cut into cubes
- Salt to taste
- Black paper to taste
- Pinch of Chinese salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup all-purpose Flour
- 4-5 tablespoon Cornflour
- ½ teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoon Milk
- 1-tablespoon Chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1-tablespoon Soya sauce
Directions Hot Chicken Recipe:
Chop the chicken into cubes
- Add one egg to a large bowl with black pepper, salt, Chinese salt, red chili powder, milk and all the sauce, mentioned in the ingredients.
- Mix with a spoon, add the chicken in this and marinade for 20 minutes or overnight for great taste.
- In a separate bowl, add all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt and crushed chili flakes and mix well, this will be dry coating.
- Now take the chicken out of the marinade and then coat every cube of the chicken in the dry mixture. Coat all the cubes, very well and dust the extra flour by shaking the cube a little.
- Add oil in a wok for frying on medium heat, once the oil is warm enough then fry all chicken.
Your hot chicken is ready, serve hot with any sauce of your choice like mayo garlic sauce or ketchup. You can also enjoy with Naan or chicness rice.
