Healthy chicken and vegetables recipe with Italian seasoning, olive oil, garlic and ginger. You can cook over heat in a pan for 5-10 minutes or bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven 180 degrees.

- 2 medium chicken breasts,
- 1-cup capsicum chopped (squares),
- 1 medium sized onion chopped in squares,
- 1-cup cabbage chopped(optional)
- 2-tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional, you can add thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary, sage, if not then use normal spices; cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves instead in powdered form)
- ¼-teaspoon red chili or green chili ( 2-3)

To bake:
- If you want to roast in oven then pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees for about 15- 20 minutes.
- Chop all the vegetables and chicken into bite size. Mix all the vegetables and chicken pieces, place them in a baking dish season them with all ingredients.
- Using hands mix everything together to coat the vegetables and chicken with spices and oil.
- Then bake for 10-15 minutes or until everything is tender, well cooked, and chicken change its color.
To Cook in pan:

- Place a pan on medium high flame, add oil, heat it up and then add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute, or until the garlic will change its color.
- Now add all the vegetables; bell pepper, cabbage and onions and sauté until the onion will be translucent and the vegetables will be tender it will take 3-5 minutes, depending on your flame.
- Take out the vegetables in a plate, in same pan add chicken pieces, and cook until the chicken is done, it will take 5-7 minutes.
- Now add back the vegetables and season with all the spices and cook for couple of minutes while covering the pot with a lid.

Note:
