Yummy Spaghetti Recipe
Spaghetti recipe with stir-fry vegetables and chicken.
We are all fond of pasta. It comes in different sizes and shapes. Spaghetti is a long strip like pasta. It is Italian cuisine. It is made up of water and wheat. There are many Spaghetti Recipes but here I will share a juicy and colorful recipe.
The love of pasta never finishes at my home, so I am trying different shapes and tastes with it. In this post, I will share the recipe for Spaghetti with stir-fry vegetables and chicken. The recipe is so simple but delicious.

Ingredients:
- 250g- 300g Spaghettis (boiled and drained)
- 250g Chicken breast (boiled and shredded)
- 1 medium size Capsicum
- ½ carrot
- ½ Chicken stock cube
- Handful of chopped cabbage
- 1 medium size onion, sliced
- ½ tablespoon Chili Sauce (optional)
- ½ Tablespoon Soya sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ tablespoon vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
- 3 tablespoon oil for frying
Directions:
- In a saucepan heat up oil over a medium-high flame, add onion and saute it now add capsicum and carrot, stir and mix and let cook for 1 minute.
- Add boiled and shredded chicken and chicken cube, cook it for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped cabbage, cook for a couple of minutes.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, red chili sauce, turmeric powder, soya sauce, and vinegar.
- Now cook for few minutes, by stirring until you feel that everything is well combined and the vegetables will be tender.
- Stir fry until the oil will separate.
- Now add boiled Spaghettis and toss and combine everything gently and place the lid and let cook for 3 minutes on the lowest flame level.
- If you see oil separating out, turn off the flame and your Spaghetti are ready.
Dish out and you can add tomato ketchup or mustard paste on top and enjoy.
