Chicken Naan Pizza bread
Chicken Naan Pizza, all time I am making naan, today I thought to add some twist to my naan, by adding the ingredients that were readily available in my kitchen. The result turned out to be amazing and thought to share the taste with you. I hope you will make this quick Chicken naan Pizza bread and enjoy. You can add any topping you like.

Dough Chicken Naan Pizza:
- · 1 cup all-purpose flour
- · Pinch of salt
- · 1 teaspoon oil
- · 1/3 cup water
For topping of Chicken Naan Pizza:
- · ½ cup Chicken boiled and shredded (you can use leftover chicken pieces too and shred them. I used leftover chicken of my chicken balls. )
- · ½ cup Mozzarella cheese
- · 1 egg (for brushing the dough)
- · ½ teaspoon allspice powder
- · ½ teaspoon coriander powder
- · ¼ teaspoon Oregano leaves dried
- · ½ tablespoon Smac (optional)
- · Black pepper (to taste)
- · Salt (to taste)
Directions Chicken Pizza Naan Bread:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes before placing chicken naan pizza in it.
2. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and brush with oil or dust with dry all purpose flour. Dust lightly as it will strict with the bottom of bread.
3. Beat egg in a bowl and set aside.
4. Take the dough and with help of rolling pin, roll it to make a bread of the desired length.
5. The bread should be thin, but you can make it thick too if desired, it will take more time to bake.
6. When the bread is ready, shift it to the baking tray and with the help of silicon brush, brush with egg wash.
7. Now add some mozzarella cheese on top.
8. Sprinkle the shredded or leftover chicken.
9. Add some grated mozzarella cheese again.
10. Sprinkle oregano, salt, black pepper, allspice powder, and sumac.
11. If you want to add anything green, like spring onions or green chopped coriander you can, but I did not.
12. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 6-10 minutes. Keep on checking after 5 minutes as it depends on thickness and efficiency of your oven.
Take out and serve hot in breakfast with tea. My family simply loved Chicken Naan Pizza Bread.
Note:
You can add green coriander, green onions or drizzle some lemon on top.
