Chicken Bread Recipe Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast,
- 2 teaspoon sugar,
- 1 tablespoon milk powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Semolina flour (optional)
- 1teaspoon salt or to taste,
- 6 tablespoon butter or oil,
- ¼ cups warm milk,
- Warm water to knead the dough
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of baking soda
Directions Chicken Bread Recipe Dough:
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and also pour in the milk. With a spoon mix well.
- By adding little amount of water at a time knead the soft dough, oil it and also grease the bowl, cover with damp cloth and leave in comparatively warm place for 2 hours.

- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped Bell pepper (optional)
- 1 small tomatoes (deseeded and chopped finely)
- 1 medium-sized egg for egg wash
- ½ teaspoon salt,
- Black pepper (to taste),
- ¼ teaspoon Red chili,
- ¼ Crushed chili flakes (optional),
- Pinch of Cumin seeds,
- Pinch of Coriander powder,
- 1 tablespoon butter, you can use ghee too.
- ½ medium sized onions finely chopped,
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (optional)
- ½ cup milk (optional)
- Finely chopped fresh coriander and green chili
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Sesame seeds or black seeds to sprinkle (optional)
Directions Chicken Filling with Chicken Bread Recipe:
- In a frying pan heat up butter and add chopped onion and sauté.
- Add ginger garlic paste and all spices cook for 2 minutes by stirring.
- Once done add chicken, coriander leaves, and green chili and stir to cook.
- Throw all-purpose flour quick it a quick mix and add milk, stir-fry quickly.
- At last, add little amount of ketchup if you like.
- Your chicken filling for Chicken Bread Recipe is ready.
Assembling the Chicken Bread:
- Grease a baking tray and set aside.
- Divide the dough into two pieces and make balls.
- Roll the balls using a rolling pin in an oval shape.
- Pick the oval dough sheet and set it on a baking tray.
- Spread chicken filling in the center of your oval or ellipse shape
- Now leaving the filling start cutting the strip 1 inch wide.
- Starting from the top, bend the top inside and start crossing over the strips from left and right side of the oval shape on your filling.
- Brush your Chicken Bread with egg. wash and sprinkle sesame or black seeds if you like.
- Bake it for 20 minutes at 180 ° Celsius.
- Once done, take out of the oven and quickly brush with butter to make your bread soft.
