In this post I will share a delicious Pineapple Mango Smoothie Recipe. I am sure you will love this Pineapple Mango Smoothie. You can always add or remove some ingredient as per availability or choice. You can skip the cubes and add juices of pineapple or apple or use one juice and other cubes. You can also say Pineapple Mango Smoothie Recipe as Pineapple Mango Colada.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cubes Pineapples
- 1 cup cubes Mango
- ½ cup mango or pineapple juice
- 1 table spoon Condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh Cream (full or low fat)
- 1 scoop mango ice cream (you can use pineapple or vanilla flavor too)
- Pinch of salt (to taste) (optional)
- ½ cup Water or handful of Ice cubes or ½ cup milk (or to taste) (I try to avoid all of them)
- ½ teaspoon shredded coconut
Dierctions:
- Wash your hands first and then cut all mango and pineapple cube and add in blender.
- Top them with rest of the ingredients; pineapple or mango juice, condensed milk, spoon of cream, ice cream and coconut.
- Blend everything together for 3-4 minutes. Depends on speed and efficiency of blender. Mine is little old so take bit time. You can check after couple of minutes.
- Once you will have smooth consistency of the smoothie stop the blender.
- Now pour the smoothie in any bowl, cup or mug etc.
If you like, garnish with few cubes of mango cubes and hang a pineapple slice on the edge of the glass.
