Ingredients of Cookies Mug Cake:
- 03 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 04 teaspoon granulated sugar (white or brown, it’s up to you)
- 03 tablespoon milk (low fat, fat-free, full fat or skimmed even you can add powdered milk)
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 02 Oreo biscuit with cream inside
- Plum pieces (optional)
You can use self-rising flour as well; in that case, you will not add baking powder.

For cookies microwave mug cake grab a microwave-safe mug; try to go for the biggest in your kitchen cabinet to prepare the microwave mug cake, so the mixture will not spill out.
One by one add all the ingredients in the mug except the Oreo biscuit. Start from the egg, give it a still using spoon or fork, then sugar then add oil and then flour, baking powder, and vanilla essence. Mix all ingredients until the batter is smooth and creamy.
Now crush the Oreo biscuit in some bowl. Add this crushed biscuit into the batter and then mix well. Now add some sliced plum pieces and mix again.
