This dish is used almost in every home, especially when we have a guest. I will share a simple Chicken Kabab Recipe in this post. We most of the time see chicken kabab in round shape. I have started making a long tube-like chicken kabab. You can also say them chicken chapli kabab.

For chicken kabab recipe you need;
½ kg boneless chicken (you can use minced chicken if you do not have food processor, but it should be drained properly without water)
5-tablespoon oil (for frying)
2-tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
1 medium Egg
2 medium-size green chili (1finely chopped, 1 whole)
2 medium size Tomatoes remove seeds properly (finely chopped)
1 medium Onion (finely chopped)(if you are planning to freeze for a week you can, otherwise remove tomatoes and onions from the recipe)
1-2 Mint leaves
Green Coriander (finely chopped)
Let us start Chicken Kabab Recipe or chapli kabab.
If you have processor then add the boneless chicken pieces along with ginger garlic, coriander, cumin powder, salt, allspice powder, red, add one green chili, egg and mince everything for a couple of minutes.
Otherwise, add everything in minced chicken and using hand or spoon mix everything well.
Now finely chop your onion, deseeded tomatoes, and one green chili, mint leaves, coriander leaves, add in minced chicken and mix well.
Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes.
Now grease your hands with oil, shape your chicken kabab as you like, and keep in a tray. I tried the tube form but you can make the round form.
It will make 15- 20 kabab almost.
In a saucepan heat up oil on a medium flame, and add 2-3 chapli kabab at a time and fry properly until golden brown.
